Есть масса любопытных людей - которые уже перешли на iOS 10, но к сожалению она еще очень не стабильная. И вот инструкция по откату назад.


Итак, нам понадобится компьютер с самой последней версией iTunes.
Файл прошивки iOS 9.3.3. Скачать его можно отсюда.
После этого подключаем устройство к компьютеру и открываем iTunes.
Для того чтобы выбрать сам файл прошивки - нажимаем кнопку Option-alt (для Mac) или Shift (для Windows) и кнопку «Восстановить» в iTunes.
Далее выбираем файл прошивки, со всем соглашаемся и ждем пока восстановится.

Бывает что во время отката с iOS 10 появляются разные ошибки - тогда пробуем восстановится через DFU (при подключенном к компьютеру устройстве нажать одновременно 2е кнопки (включение и хом) и ждать пока не выключится и через пару секунд отпустить включение, но продолжать держать хом - пока не появится новое устройство)
